Furthering Talent Local Programme Coordinator

Furthering Talent is programme to support and nurture talented young musicians from low income families to access free 1-1 music lessons as well as other year round musical opportunities and support to break down barriers.

Furthering Talent is funded by Awards for Young Musicians and is a nationwide programme currently being undertaken by 15 different Music Hubs across the UK, aiming to support over 500 young people by 2021.

My role is to work with Severn Arts on the Worcestershire programme, working with music teachers, schools to identify and support all the young musicians and their families on the programme.
